Common Issues
My account is now asking for a password. RAYD8 never had a password system before. What do I do?
Both the RAYD8 Mobile and Browser apps have now been updated with a password system as we have removed the passwordless system. First, go to either Google Play or Apple Store for the Mobile app and download the new update. Once the update is made, you'll still be logged into your new account. However, once you log out, you'll need to log back in using a password. This is also the same for the RAYD8 Browser app.
Click on the "Forgot Password?" link. You'll be taken an email prompt that will appear on your screen.
Once you have entered your email, click send. Check your email inbox. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox).
If you don't see an email, you may not have an active account with that email address.
But I was able to access RAYD8 Premium in the past. Why can't I now?
You may have had a promo code allowing you to access it in the past. If this is the case, then go to the Mobile RAYD8 app, click on the menu, and go to "enter a promo code." Type in the promo code and you'll be able to access the Premium version with your preferred email account.
